My Story & Inspiration

Supporting people in gaining clarity and shaping their career path with confidence, that’s my passion.
I bring over 25 years of professional and leadership experience to my work. In recent years, I have served as Human Resources Director in an international corporate environment. My career spans across Germany and Southeast Europe, where I have worked as a skilled project manager and an experienced HR expert. I have a strong passion for talent development and empowering individuals to grow.
I am particularly dedicated to working with senior professionals and executives who are navigating transitions and seeking clarity, direction, and sparring at eye level. I offer deep expertise in HR, leadership, coaching, and higher education, always practical, personalized, and solution-focused.
As a university lecturer, I teach topics such as digital learning, experience management, and talent development, bringing practical insights from the corporate world into the classroom.
Beyond my professional work, I care deeply about giving back. As a mentor and Co-Lead of the Senior Professionals Community at MentorMe Germany, I am committed to fostering talent and building a community of growth-oriented individuals.
I enjoy spending time with my family, I have two children, and love being outdoors as much as possible.
What fulfills me personally: playing tennis passionately, discovering the world, and connecting with inspiring people while traveling.
