Based on our conversation and, if you wish, your LINC Personality Profiler results, I help you understand your strengths, motives, and competencies. We then build a clear strategy for your next career step, visibility, and applications.
3. One‑on‑one coaching with actionable next steps
You implement concrete steps (CV, LinkedIn, applications, interviews, communication, leadership) while I accompany you with feedback, accountability, and psychological support.
